I am the Operations & Compliance Officer at Northpoint Realty Group, having been part of the Northpoint family since November 2022. My journey with the company began as a Listing Manager, providing me with a solid foundation in the systems, processes, and standards that drive our business. Today, I oversee compliance across the company, ensuring that every listing, every transaction, and every agent operates in accordance with the relevant legislation, industry regulations, and Northpoint's internal policies. My role is to create an environment where our agents can focus on serving their clients with confidence, knowing they have the right support behind them. Beyond compliance, I am passionate about developing and supporting our agents. I assist with training, onboarding new team members, and helping agents understand our company's systems, processes, and best practices. I believe that when people are equipped with the right knowledge and support, they are empowered to succeed. Some of my colleagues jokingly refer to me as the "Fairy Godfather" because I'm often the person they turn to when they need guidance, answers, or solutions. I prefer to think of myself as the person who helps make the impossible feel possible. For me, compliance isn't just about ticking boxes—it's about building trust, protecting our agents and clients, and maintaining the high standards that define Northpoint Realty Group.
