For over 20 years we have been investing in property and building wealth through property. We started our journey by buying our first buy-to-let property in Bellville 20 years ago. We discovered the incredible wealth building potential of property to deliver inflation-beating returns. We continued to expand our portfolio, buying more commercial, and residential properties and unlocking value in them to achieve higher returns and rentals.

Grove Properties has grown over the years and become firmly established in the Northern Suburbs and the wider Cape Town region. Under the leadership of Jacques Grove, Grove Properties was reimagined in 2020 to become a full service property company. Since then we have grown from two staff members with the focus mostly on property investment services and investments to our current national reach with various unique offerings aimed at property investors, property owners and business owners looking for a professional property partner to meet their various property needs.

Our journey has been characterized by delivering all the services we needed ourselves to run and grow our own property investments. In the marketplace, we identified the need of clients to deal with someone who would treat their investment as their own investment, while truly understanding all aspects of the property and asset management processes. Given our experience in this regard, we are able to approach property with purpose, acknowledging the massive impact it has on people’s lives, yet staying true to our mission of creating and / or unlocking wealth through property, while simultaneously putting people, and not the transactions, first.

My name is Jacques Grove, and I am the Founder and CEO of Grove Properties.
