I am Jacques Grove founder and CEO of Grove Properties. My passion is to facilitate investment and development in property and in people and to create a better future for all role players. I use business as the platform to create real change in the world and industries. Developing entrepreneurs, people and businesses and helping to build healthy, strong and morally sound cultures. Building organizations that create real value for their clients and the wider community. I have a passion for understanding why things are the way they are and the journey that brought us to this point. I want to understand people and what they are about and know their big WHY. Where they are going and how they intend to get there. How can we work together to create win win mutually beneficial business and personal relationships?
